For many generations, the passion of the Haro family has been to make pure wines while respecting the environment, with intense natural aromas without adding sugars or unnecessary sulphites. All grapes are selected from our own vineyards in different quality areas:

D.O. Cava: Briza del Mar

D.O. Castilla la Mancha: Vinotage

D.O. Rueda: Palestra

D.O. Rias Baixas: Mar de Ons

D.O.P. Utiel Requena: Ladron de Lunas

 

Our highest vineyards are located in the highlands of the DO's, with an average altitude of 900 meters above sea level. Nature has a significant influence on the development and growth of the characteristic grapes. Partly due to the low rainfall in Castilla la Mancha and Rueda the grapes experience a balanced ripening process that develops a wealth of aromas.

The typical Mediterranean climate of D.O. Cava Penedes and the wet and cool climate in Rías Baixas (Galicia) ensures optimal flavours in the local grapes.
