A bright golden yellow colour with green glints. Aromas of nuts with nuances of fruit and toasted bread. On the palate sparkling and refreshing flavours of gooseberry and citrus fruit, followed by a pleasantly rich and long finish. The fine bubble makes it suitable as an aperitif or with dinner as an elegant sparkling wine.
